Refund Policy

1. General Scope & Statutory Rights

Evans Strength Lab provides in-person and online personal training, dynamic training programs, diet plans, and membership subscriptions. This policy describes our refund procedures for clients in the UK, with all billing processed in GBP (£).

Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory consumer rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, or if digital content is faulty, you are entitled to a relevant legal remedy such as a repair, replacement, or refund.

2. Cooling-Off Periods & Digital Content

For online contracts, you generally have a 14-day 'cooling-off' period to cancel your purchase. Please note two critical exceptions:

Digital Content: For training programs and diet plans, the cooling-off period expires immediately once you access, download, or stream the material, as the digital service is considered fully delivered.

Service Commencement: If you request for your personal training sessions or membership to begin within this 14-day window, you waive your right to a full refund for any part of the service provided before the cancellation request.

3. Coaching Conditions & Request Process

Coaching Sessions: Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice, or 'no-shows', result in the session being charged in full. If the trainer cancels, you will receive a free rebooking or full credit.

Memberships & Plans: Training and diet plans are bespoke digital products and are non-refundable once sent. Membership cancellations require 30 days' notice prior to the next billing date. We do not provide partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations or 'change of mind' refunds after use.
